it's the law for employers to allow you to pump if your baby is under 1. They do not have to pay you for the break but they must provide a space for you to pump that is NOT a bathroom. My baby is over one and I'm grateful my job is lenient enough to allow me pump breaks. I enjoy nursing my son for the most part and neither of us is ready for our journey to end.
