it's the law for employers to allow you to pump if your baby is under 1. They do not have to pay you for the break but they must provide a space for you to pump that is NOT a bathroom. My baby is over one and I'm grateful my job is lenient enough to allow me pump breaks. I enjoy nursing my son for the most part and neither of us is ready for our journey to end. So yeah, working don't stop no show!! You can still breastfeed as a working mom. Hire Magical Milk if you need some guidance.
